Deleting your Gnap account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without asking anyone:

What is deleted

• Your account and your email address
• All your recipes, folders and photos
• Your shopping list and your settings

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled first, so you are not charged for a service that no longer exists.

What remains

Payment receipts stay with Stripe for the period tax law requires. They contain no recipes and no card numbers.

If you cannot do it yourself

Write to giovannidemarco79@gmail.com from the address of your account, and we will delete it for you.
